负责计划及采购职能管理

1.      Conduct raw materials purchasing plan, set up the proper safety inventory to ensure the proper material supply to production.

2.      Continuously drive down material stock holding.

3.      Coordinate with the supplier for the information of raw materials and the lead time to ensure all the raw material is supplied with expected lead times to match production targets.

4.      Negotiate with the supplier to ensure company has the qualified supply and with good terms and price.

5.      Together with quality department, manage and audit suppliers to ensure the certificate, production capacity, size and quality control complying with company requirements.

6.      Verify the purchasing requests to ensure the purchasing complying with company procedure and the accuracy of the records.

7.      Counsel with internal sales on the raw materials and provide necessary service to ensure internal sales quote in time.

8.      Set up and maintain the materials database.

9.      To manage the team of buyer and production planner department, developing them and offering direction and support.

10.    To service CS with prompt/accurate order due date committing based on capacity, material, etc factors.

11.    To analyze the CO quantity and create appropriate SO in system to optimize the production arrangement.

12.    To coordinated with team and optimize capacity and materials resource to conduct proper production schedule and follow up the order completion to satisfy customer demand.

13.    To follow up S/O progress, escalate the issue to team for solving and closely follow-up.

14.    To monitor the materials dock date, including outsourcing materials, such as VM materials, AR coating materials etc.

15.    Work with team, to continuously draw down the inventory.

16.    To reduce inventory stock and WIP on production base on  customer order

17.    To arrange the priority FIFO of FQC and the overtime requirements.

18.    To make delivery plan according to customer’s requirements, and push production to pass the FG to store on time, make sure the timely delivery.

Education & Training:

College degree or above.


Experience & Competency:

1.      At least 10 years’ experience in material management and 6 years’ experience as material manager or above.

2.      Customer focused

3.      With initiative, can work under pressure to tight deadlines

4.      Strong project management experience and Custom policy.

5.      Good English competency, both written and spoken.

6.      Strong negotiation skill.

7.      Good communication skills

8.      PC and ERP system literate
