1. Organize to prepare and maintain management system documents.

2. Maintain and monitor the daily management system, coordinate among departments on management system issues and improvements.

3. Lead management system internal audit and follow up.

4. Responsible for external audit, certification body and customer.

5. Verify Non-conformances from internal and external audit.

6. Arrange management system training.

7. Propose management system improvement plan.

8. Follow up new standards related to management systems.

9. Management questionnaire completion.

10. Assist to prepare the management review and improvement.

11. Identify and transfer customer requirements into internal practices.

12. Other issues required by the superior.



Education and Training:

College degree or above, good English skill.

Experience and Skill:

1. Experienced in management system, be familiar with IATF16949,QC80000,RBA

2. Three years above management system working experience.

3. ISO9001/IATF16949 Internal auditor certificates are preferred.

Personality and competency:

1.Teamwork, active, responsible, hard-working

2. Management and cooperation skill and working under pressure.
