Nantong Yai Yi Garment Co.,Ltd., the branch company of SLY，has 10 export sales and 4 QC. The company own one fabric weaving factory which is wholly-owned，one stitching factory （50% wholly-owned），one overseas factory （20% wholly-owned），8 Chinese-based partner factories and 4 overseas-based partner factories. The annual turnover of Ruyi is 10million of U.S. dollars including7million of fabric export and 3million of finished products.

工厂员工50名，占地面积1500平方米，工厂拥有日本进口津田驹喷气织机64台。主要产品品类：全棉青年布，牛津纺，泡泡纱，各类大小提花布，剪花布，牛仔布，T/R色织布，麻混，棉混，涤混，天丝混等各类色织布，CVC色织布，棉粘交织布，双层布等。工厂年生产色织面料600万米。公司携手兄弟公司南通业盟纤维科技有限公司合力打造开发新型面料素材：亚麻，苎麻，涤纶黏胶，黏胶等弹力纱线，联合日本北海道大学联合开发纺织品的新材料技术。
Nantong OULIBAO textile Co.,Ltd., the another branch company of SLY，mainly works on sourcing and development of yarn-woven fabric which will express the latest trend and fashion worldwide. It has 50 employee and covers 1500 square meters. The company owns 64 air-jet weaving machines made in Japan。The main products include pure cotton yarn-dyed , oxford-textured，seersucker，jacquard，burn-out，denim，T/R yarn-dyed, Linen-mixed，Cotton-mixed，Polyester-mixed，tencle-mixed and all kinds of fabrics. The annual fabric capacity is 6million meters. Sanle，by cooperating with its strategic partner Nantong Yemeng ， is making every effort developing new fabric materials like Linen，Ramie，Polyester/rayon，Rayon and spandex yarns and fibers. And also developing the new tech fibers by cooperating with Hokkaido University of Japan.
SLY旗下的香港楽意制衣（柬埔寨）有限公司，占地面积：8550平方米，共有生产流水线6条。其中上衣：4条，裤子：2条 合计员工790人。月产量：14万件。工厂生产的品牌主要有：OTTO;INGNI；ZARA; AEON;AZUL~~~
工厂生产的主要产品有：上衣类：衬衫；夹克；毛呢； 裤子类：休闲裤，牛仔裤；西裤；时装裤。
Happy Garment（HK）Company Ltd., the branch company of SLY, covers 8550 square meters and has 6 production lines including 4 lines for top and the other 2 for bottom. It has 790 employee and the monthly capacity is 140 thousand pieces.
